Camping trips are a favorite past time for this crew. There is nothing better than some sunshine, a lake for boating and awesome campfires. Thank goodness Pikachu's friend, Charizard, came to help unload fire wood. As you can see, Kasey had some crazy face paint from an earlier event. Was very hard to convince him to take it off and even harder to clean it off. Even after we cleaned him up - he still looked pretty crazy.
Thankfully, Karsten was willing to help us put up the tent ~ just in time for S'mores!
Another day... Another opportunity for boating (and hopefully giving Kasey another bath to clean off his Pikachu face). We were blessed with a very sunny couple of days. Was an awesome time on Carter Lake!
We all had fun hanging out on the boat, but even more fun doing water sports! Some of us even started doing some tricks on the wakeboard! Showoff!
Aside from the relaxing boat time, we were able to enjoy some great meals as well. We learned how to make "Foil Packets" and trust me when I say... they were Great! And what would a camping trip be without s'mores around the camp fire (again). Thanks to Jim and Sarah for great weekend in the woods.
