Sunny Zoo and the Seven Dwarfs

Recently, Shallon and Amy discussed heading to the zoo for a nice play date for our kiddos.  That Roomie and Kiddo Day turned into quite the event.  Amy was talking with some other friends, who were also interested in joining us.  Our day ended up with Seven Adults and Seven Kids.  At least, we were able to play Man on Man coverage.  You never want to be outnumbered at the Zoo.

We got to see many areas of the zoo.  The kids were enthralled with the animals and the adults were loving the time to catch up with each other.  We are so excited for it to be so nice and sunny out so we can enjoy the great outdoors of Colorado!

My boys LOVE the Gorrillas and Monkeys.
Amy thinks its because they remind the boys of their daddy.

There is always time for Bongo Drums!

Our boys always love going in to see the Lorakeets.  There are cups that you can purchase to feed them and Kasey is getting more brave each time.  We were also jazzed to see the flamingos.  So far this year, they have been inside each time we visited.

This is the first time the Flamingos have been outside this season!

What an Amazing day at the zoo.  It was kinda impromptu with our large group, but we were so happy that each family joined us!  It reminded all of us that we Must do many more zoo trips this summer.  We even talked Shallon into a pass so hopefully we can have Plenty of play dates!
